What are che check-in and check-out times?
The rooms are ready by 16:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier in Livigno, park your car in the garage and enjoy the city. If the room is ready before, we give you the room in advance for free. On the day of departure you’ll have to leave it at 10:00.
Is breakfast included?
Each rate has breakfast included. Every morning, a rich buffet of sweet and savoury alternatives is waiting for you.
Is it possible to book half-board or full board?
Our restaurant is open every day for both lunch and dinner. These are the solutions that we propose:
- Daily special with a 4-course menu choice (included in both half-board and full board)
- A la carte menu for a quick and light lunch or for a delicious dinner
Are the rooms accessible for people with disabilities?
We don't have equipped rooms for people with disabilities, but our Hotel Cristallo does.
Does the Hotel have a parking space?
Of course! We believe that the garage is an essential service to enjoy a green holiday in Livigno. From the Hotel you can reach the main city’s attractions on foot or by public transports, leaving your car in the indoor garage (free and without reservation).
Are pets allowed?
We are so in love with animals that we have decided to reserve certain types of rooms for those traveling with a pet. In order to plan your arrival at the hotel in the best way, it is important to communicate about the presence of the dog at the time of booking.
Are there no-smoking rooms?
In all our rooms smoking is not allowed.
Is it possible to have a baby-cot?
Yes, of course! At the time of booking, you can request one or more baby-cots that can be used during the entire holiday.
Does the hotel have a Spa?

I am celiac, vegetarian, lactose intolerant: do you have a dedicated menu?
No problem! Our chefs have a lot of fun experimenting with new recipes and dishes that are also suitable to satisfy the above-mentioned food intolerances / preferences.
Do you have any agreement for schools and ski rentals?
We have selected some of the best shops in Livigno, where you can rent ski equipment and all snow activities with a 20% discount. Do not worry for the ski lessons: here is the right place for sport, and we know exactly what you need. Besides an agreement with the ski school, you’ll find a ski teacher upon your arrival at the hotel.
Do you organise any activity?
Our guide, Simone, organises snowshoeing, ski safari, fat-bike tour and dinners in the cabin. During summer you can do instead trekking excursions, e-bike excursions, sunrise hikes and barbecues at the cabin.
Do you have any agreement with baths/Spa?
Yes, but only with the best ones! All our guests receive a 20% discount for all the entries to Aquagranda (our waterpark with spa in Livigno) and a 10% one for all the entries to the QC Baths of Bormio, only 40 km distant from the hotel. A real must when doing vacation in Valtellina.
